My Method
Thanks to intensive research for the best coaching method for me, I came across the
St. Galler Coaching Model®. It was important to me to find an approach that distinguishes itself from the goal-oriented business coaching and mentoring that I've already practiced as a leader.
The St. Galler Coaching Model® is based on the idea that decisions and actions are guided by values rooted in one's personality. Goals merely serve to increase values or avoid violations of values.
The clearer and more conscious these values are, the more effectively a sustainable development can occur within the scope of changes. These connections are taken into account by the value-oriented
St. Galler Coaching Model® - in contrast to purely goal-oriented approaches.

During my training as a Systemic Coach and Consultant, I learned and extensively practiced the method, and I also went through the process of personal change. The genuine and sustainable effectiveness of the method deeply impressed me and showed me "what it's really about" for the first time in my life.
I distinctly felt that it's my values that provide me with direction and stability.

I create an individual coaching concept for each client. I always base it on the St. Galler Coaching Model® because it's not only value-oriented but also context-independent. The method is highly effective in both professional and personal context (95 %), which has been proven in three independent scientific studies.
