This is how I support you as a systemic coach.
Are you currently facing a challenging phase in life and feeling stuck? Or do you have a strong desire for change, but self-doubt and fears are holding you back? Whatever problems you find yourself confronting, I am here to assist you.
Whether it's building self-esteem or self-confidence, dealing with stress and limiting beliefs, setting boundaries, overcoming fears, or regaining a sense of vitality and freedom...
Together, we'll individually identify your areas of concern, obstacles, and goals.
For a sustainable inner development that has a long-lasting impact, making your life worthwhile once again. I support you in recognizing and developing your core personal values.
As a value-oriented systemic coach & consultant (CAS/ISO/ICI), I show you how to dissolve barriers, fears, and patterns while developing new abilities.
This is how we work together
in individual coaching:
-
We meet for a free and non-committal conversation.
-
You tell me where you currently stand and whereyou want to go.
-
I explain to you what you can achieve through coaching and how the process is structured.
-
We decide if the collaboration is a good fit for both of us and I develop your very own coaching design.
-
Coaching takes place in person or via video.
This is how the process of your individual coaching works:
Based on our initial discussion, I create your individual coaching design. I combine the modules of
the St. Galler Coaching Model (SCM ®) as needed. With the coaching process, you begin your sustainable values development from within. The coaching design typically spans 4 to 12 hours.
We schedule your sessions to fit your needs.

On-site or video call?
Even though coaching via video call is effective, I always look forward to meeting you in person. For longer processes (8 to 12 hours), I recommend planning for two days. Perhaps even completely stepping out of your daily routine? What do you think about combining coaching with shared outdoor activities at my personal places of strength? That could be something, don't you think?
