This is how I support you as a career coach
Have you been thinking about a career change for a while and wish for a job that aligns with your skills and interests? Be aware: you carry so many talents, experiences, and interests within you. Let's identify together where your new path should lead. I'll accompany you if you feel the emerging desire for a career change or if a job change is unavoidable due to external circumstances. But also, if you need assistance
in developing a career plan. Are you ready?
Do you wish for a
career change?
This is how we work together in career coaching:
-
We meet for a free and non-binding conversation.
-
You tell me where you currently stand and what career development you desire.
-
I explain to you what you can achieve in coaching and how the process works.
-
We decide if the collaboration is suitable for both of us, and I develop your personalized coaching design.
-
Coaching can take place in person or via video.
This is the process of your career coaching:

After our initial conversation, I will create your personalized coaching design.
I will utilize the modules of the St.Galler Coaching Model (SCM®) and incorporate my own experiences. Through the coaching process, you will initiate your sustainable development of values from within. During this development, I will accompany you as a guide. I have had a rewarding but also challenging career path, where I've made both right and wrong decisions. From these experiences, I've learned valuable lessons that I now share with you. The coaching design will determine the scope, typically ranging from 4 to 12 hours. We will schedule your sessions according to your preferences.
After the coaching, I offer the option of supervision.

In-person or video call?
While coaching via video call is effective, I always appreciate meeting you in person. For longer processes, I recommend allocating two full days. Perhaps even stepping completely out of your job routine?
How about combining coaching with outdoor activities at my personal power spots?
Sounds appealing, doesn't it?
