My Journey
I grew up in what I consider the most beautiful place on Earth – nestled between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea. My interests and a technical education paved the way for my career in the technology industry.
For 24 years, I worked in sales and strategic leadership positions at major corporations like HP and Amazon – as a leadership figure and mentor. During this time, I built and led international organizations, brought together people from various cultures, and supported and guided them in their personal development. I discovered my strength in recognizing and actively nurturing the potentials in others, and so, working not only WITH but primarily FOR people became increasingly important to me. I felt an inner calling and a desire for change. This led me to complete training as a value-oriented systemic coach & consultant (CAS/ISO/ICI) following the St. Galler Coaching Model (SCM ®), followed by earning a diploma as a Business Coach using the same method. I, too, have navigated through difficult phases of change multiple times in my life. In those precise situations, experienced coaches stood by my side, helping me regain clarity and courage to make the right decisions. Every time, my life became more valuable as a result. This is the kind of coach I want to be for YOU.
